Shipping policy

At Merciful Meadows, every item is made to order with care. Because each product is created specifically for you, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Merciful Meadows is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order has not yet been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of your order. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
